I am a 19-year veteran of the escrow industry and 17 of those as an Escrow Officer, including Escrow Branch Manager and Escrow Company Owner at various times throughout my career.  I am a very knowledgeable and experienced Escrow Officer and I process all types of escrows, but I especially enjoy handling residential sales and refinance transactions, and is proficient processing reverse-mortgages and investor sales and loans.  I love working in escrow, because the complexity and fast pace of escrow keeps it interesting and challenging for me, which I like.  I enjoy helping people to fulfill their dreams of purchasing a home, especially those coming from another country, like myself [I am from Vietnam and speaking Vietnamese fluently]."When choosing to escrow their transactions with me, I am proud and live by agents and principals constantly comment on my commitment to 'whatever it takes' to close an escrow on-time.  In a special thank you letter from a first responder who could not leave the scene of a disaster to keep his appointment to sign loan documents and close his escrow the next day, he thanks me for my ‘no problem’  attitude; I met him at the scene, handled the loan sign-up inside an ambulance, and the escrow closed on-time the next day—now that is the kind of exceptional service I like to provide to my agents and principals.I have traveled to many countries in Europe and especially enjoys European history, cuisine, and fashion, and I can't want to visit many more countries.  I enjoy participating in activities with my children (a son and a daughter), including participation in charity works, like gathering donations and feeding the homeless and helping people that are less fortunate than my children and I.
