My role was typically unsupervised, which required a high level of responsibility and trust.A memorable experience during this time was my CPR/First Aid certification class. During the course, a tornado struck a nearby community, prompting the local Red Cross to call for volunteers. We immediately offered our help, traveling to the affected area to distribute water and snacks. Witnessing the devastation and the impact on the community was both sobering and inspiring, reinforcing my commitment to service and community support.
