Recruiting Manager
CurrentResponsible for recruiting, evaluating and placing finance and accounting professionals ranging from transactional accounting to senior level management including CFO’s, Controllers, Accounting Manager and Staff Accountants.• Leverage and source all industries, including Public Accounting and private companies to identify top talented professionals open to hearing about passive opportunities.• Create and maintain an inventory of confidential and passive job seekers as a ready resource to meet my clients’ needs.• Establish long term candidate relationships through consistent communication and career guidance creating an ongoing referral source.• Develop and grow a client base identifying new business opportunities by introducing direct hire placement services to prospective and existing client relationships through phone calls, email campaigns, social media, networking and in-person meetings.• Identify opportunities for cross sell openings to introduce multiple sister divisions including information technology, office administration and accounting operations both permanent placement and consulting or temporary lines of business, allowing for a consolidated approach with clients.• Coach, mentor and share industry best practices with not only fellow permanent placement business partners but also Staffing Managers from various other lines of business.• Deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates.
