Terran Davis is a Proud Thunghutti Woman and creator of her Brand Saltwater Bush Art which is apart of a continium of movements, with in Australia that promotes a more equitable economics with in Australian First Nations Community, by advocacy and mentorship into gaining education qualifications with in an inspired and less rigid approach to learning and breaking cross-cultural conflict by the trsnspersonal approach of working with communities on decolonisation mitigation as well as awareness that with out an open-ness to hear something from outside your perspective with a non judgment approach then it will be longer than 30 years till any real progress in these fields are made but at least it can be a start and maybe this government will recognise the changes that need to be brought about for a more equitable future for Indigenous Australians... The disadvantages we face and the fact we work almost extra hard experience more burn out symptoms is just a small part in why change is a must...
