Supports the System Engineers and IS project managers for the life of the project• I evaluate and test 3rd Party applications before software is deployed out to the Allstate environment, Coordinates with clients when problems or conflicts occur that might impact the timely completion of work• Assist with creating deployment Task Sequence also with deploying applications/packages with compliance settings in Software Center • I am responsible for end of Lifecycle management, Retire older version of MS office/Adobe products. Create and modify Active Directory, MS Office GPO’s/GPMC• Work closely with the project managers, architecture and other infrastructure teams in driving successful product installations and upgrades, ensuring customer service level agreements are met• I also provide 3rd level support for Allstate application incidents/problems, I coordinate with various support teams across the organization to resolve the issues• I have facilitated project related meetings for relevant working groups or programs.
