• Recruited, developed and led a multi-disciplinary team of 10+ employees that leveraged technology, data and analytics to drive an enterprise-wide transformation with the end goal of increased financial viability and business success.• Developed and implemented the WSIB executive performance evaluation framework, aligning executive performance to the strategic plan and priorities. The framework is used by the Board of Directors in the executive compensation plan.• Created and led the WSIB Economic Roundtable responsible for aligning economic modelling and assumptions across the enterprise including those in strategy, finance and actuarial.Received the IAIABC Innovation Award for designing and implementing a Health and Safety Index in Ontario, a system that has now been adopted by multiple jurisdictions across Canada. • Selected for the WSIB’s accelerated leadership program in 2017. The program selects and develops five high potential leaders from across the organization identified by Executive Committee.

• Co-led the development and execution of the strategy and roadmap that resulted in the elimination of the WSIB’s $14.1B Unfunded Liability over a 7 year period and a 46% reduction in the average premium rate over 10 years.• Developed and implemented the WSIB executive performance evaluation framework, aligning executive performance to the strategic plan and priorities and used by the Board of Directors in the executive compensation plan.• Provided strategic and operational support to the COO and operational team that reduced overall benefit spend from $3.1B in 2011 to $2.5B in 2018.

• Recruited by the Chief Actuary to lead a team of 15+ Experience Rating Advisors and Business Analyst in the delivery of the WSIB’s three Experience Rating plans that collectively included approximately $700 million in rebates and surcharges annually to employers• Managed the implementation of a new service delivery model that introduced a more consistent approach, streamlining the business process and increasing direct engagement through a consultation model, which had the effect of improving customer ratings by 4% and productivity by 7%. • Led the implementation of the recommendations of the 2009 external review of the WSIB’s Experience Rating Programs review that resulted in annual savings of $20M.

• Led a team of consultant’s in delivering state of the art health and safety training and consultation to Small business Employers in Ontario to improve their health and safety cultures and reduce lost time injuries and fatalities.• Led the development and launch of the WSIB’s first on-line program in 2006 to expand access to the program. • Partnered with the Health and Safety Associations, Business Associations and community colleges to develop additional channels for program delivery. • Over one year, expanded the number of business enrolled in the program annually by 50%, while maintaining customer satisfaction and engagement.

• Audited workplace health and safety management systems and provided guidance to employers on improvements• Lead auditor on various large audits of construction, manufacturing, mining, health care and retail sector firms• Led initiatives to redesign the Workwell Audit and create programs to improve customer experience and performance
