• Direct oversight of multiple departments; Service, Underwriting, Accounting, and Claims • All aspects of Facilities Coordinator: New office build-outs, building access, floor plans and seating coordination, security, IT • Business continuation planning. Work with senior leaders and Business Resiliency people to ensure plans are current and that training for management has taken place and have successfully initiated the emergency response plan • Work as a liaison for domestic offices and London Syndicate • Processes and Procedures: Annual review of all processes and procedures, streamlining and reevaluation of all workflow processes for efficiency and adherence to legal and compliance standards. • Identify challenges and implement solutions to meet business needs• Create projections and forecast growth strategies for the organization• Identify new areas for growth both organic and via product development • Write business and systems specifications documents for presentations to business partners and systems personnel • Defined, documented, and analyzed business requirements for use in system development • Managed the development of standards in documentation for use with IT department • QA testing, assist in the testing of all developed systems before deployed to business community • Wrote all training documentation including user guides and updates of software upgrades In addition to the above, I overseeing the day-to-day operations between Insurance Carriers, Syndicates, Account Executives and clients. I collaborate with Producers to facilitate seamless transition of new accounts to the Account Executives and ensure the retention of the existing clients by providing exceptional customer service.
