Over time I served the Board of Directors as Secretary, Vice President and President. As one of the founding members, I participated in writing the bylaws, designing the organization's direction and attaining non-profit 501(c)3 status. My roles ranged from officer responsibilities, strategic planning, promoting community awareness, leading membership drives, developing educational tools and spearheading public relations.

My vision to create a multidimensional location dedicated to living and learning in balance with the Earth. Designed and inspired from a 300 acre parcel of land in Hawaii, and envisioned to include multiple education centers and private intentional land ownership. Responsibilities: concept development and planning, investor relations, Seller negotiations, corporate structure, drafting documents, CC&R's, and survey coordination and assistance.

Core team member which guided KNHA towards manifesting its vision. Event promotion and management for Tibetan Medical Doctor tour as well as confirming their interest in establishing a sister campus to Men-Tsee-Khang, the Astrological and Medical Institute of H.H. the Dalai Lama. As the general manager of KNHA and the Kohala Village Inn I; contributed to the business development, image, master plan; coordinated improvements of the hotel and managed the work-trade and hotel staff.
