• Deployed to Kuwait in Oct 2016- Sept 2017 to work on the help desk re-imaging, baselining, troubleshooting, and patching computers. Worked and assisted on remedy tickets, maintained servers and switches. Assigned and performed the duty of Facility Maintenance Officer submitting work tickets and keeping track of work done on the buildings on Kuwait Naval Base. • Deployed to Kuwait in Oct 2019- Sept 2020 to work on remedy tickets, VTC (Video teleconference), KVM switches, troubleshooting and repairing printers, securing TACLANE’s, installing radios into HUMVEE’s, and performing PMCS on vehicles. • Software development with Python, JavaScript, .NET, html, and sql.• Remedy, Help Desk Tickets, processed account packets for both NIPR/ SIPR, managed groups, objects, giving permissions and approving users to access the network, and re-imaged/ baselined computers. • Performed networking troubleshooting with onsite techs, including staging routers and switches for store use. • Supervised and implemented the installation, repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance of computer hardware. • Maintains computer systems and programming guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures. • Programs the computer by encoding project requirements in computer language; entering coded information into the computer.
