• Established and grew the 'Remote Services' department to a team of 4 people, responsible for over $108K savings, annually • Responsible for direct contributions to Agilysys' bottom-line by identifying business opportunities; whereas remote access tools (i.e. WebEx, Citrix, etc.) were used to achieve tasks that historically required a technician's onsite presence. This also improved our customer satisfaction index by 17% • Managed 3rd party vendors to ensure that all project dependencies were provided on time.• Optimized the efficiency of the Inside Sales team by using MS Excel to create a detailed quoting tool used to quickly and accurately provide project budget estimates to potential customers• Provided upper management with operational consultation to allow them to leverage the full functionality of services purchased• Provided remote technical escalation support to onsite Field Engineers
