The Senior Detention Counselors are responsible for coordinating and implementing orientation, training, and supervision of Detention Counselors and other subordinate staff on a rotating shift basis and on alternating work schedules including weekends and holidays. Primary responsibility involves program supervision, at times functioning in the capacity of facility administrator.
