Global Supplier Diversity Program Manager
Current• Lead HP’s Global Supplier Diversity strategy and vision and execution of key elements• Achieve best-in-class diverse and small business spend• Lead strategy for programs and initiatives to identify and develop new diverse suppliers and “matchmaking” to get them connected to opportunities across the business• Build program momentum and visibility by engaging proactively with direct and indirect procurement category leads• Manage project milestones, KPI and updates to senior leadership • Act as a champion for supplier diversity, equity and inclusion, educating and energizing colleagues in procurement, internal stakeholders and suppliers.• Implements strategies with Supply Chain Operations, Global Indirect Procurement, and internal stakeholders on providing opportunities to minority and local suppliers and to increase diverse supplier contracts.• Implements and manages HP’s Tier 2 Program and diverse workforce requirements for HP suppliers.• Supports and implements programs to increase company-wide involvement in supplier racial equality activities; including reporting and adhering to regulatory requirements.• Manages diverse supplier internal database, audit and tracking requirements, develops measures and provides reporting internally and externally; reports key results to internal stakeholders, regulatory agencies, and select advocacy groups.• Develops and maintains a viable pool of diverse and minority-owned suppliers to increase their utilization for current and future procurement requirements.• Collects, monitors, and analyzes/interprets data from Supplier Diversity systems and creates various internal and external reports to track performance to supplier diversity goals and plans.• Prepares and submits written and verbal reports for business units/functions, supply chain, customer, and supplier diversity management reviews.
