• Led field team, providing strategic management to five regional organizing directors and fifteen field organizers in a statewide campus and off-campus youth voter engagement program that trained 30 fellows in addition to over 2,000 volunteers in electoral campaigning and issue-based advocacy.• Led field team's programmatic efforts successfully meeting cycle metrics, including securing 23,000+ voter registrations and 68,000+ pledges to vote from Pennsylvanians in the 2020 Presidential Election cycle. • Developed and implemented statewide training for staff and volunteers centered around racial equity, economic empowerment of marginalized communities, environmental justice, college affordability, criminal justice, and immigration reform.• Worked with in-state and HQ data teams to develop tools to track field progress to ensure timely, accurate data and field reporting from field staff. • Worked with in-state and HQ communications teams to tell the PA youth vote program's story in national, state, and local press. • Identified, developed and maintained relationships with key organizations and influencers to engage in partnerships focused on local, state, and national issues.

• Recruited and trained a team of four field organizers to organize the #YouthVote on five inner-city college campuses, online, and in the Philadelphia community at large.• Managed the Greater Philadelphia field program to hit metrics and goals centered around voter registration and youth voter turnout.• Developed relationships and partnerships with the local community organizations, student groups, and campus administrations. • Executed campaign plans and effective organizing tactics including traditional grassroots voter contact coupled with creative earned media actions and event planning and turnout.

• Crafted, executed, and evaluated national field plan to increase organizing capacity and member engagement at more than 50 historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs) across the United States.• Formulated engagement strategies with the goal of empowering African American students at over 100 colleges and universities throughout the country to be effective politically engaged citizens.• Developed leaders and recruit activists in African-American student communities in 20 states to organize campus, state, and nation-wide actions to promote political activism and bring awareness to important international affairs issues.• Developed training of more than 140 student leaders across the country in understanding the relations of power, choosing an issue, grassroots organizing, developing strategic coalitions, recruiting volunteers and leaders, and electoral organizing.• Organized and led AIPAC's annual African American Student Retreat, which brings over 70+ African American student leaders nation-wide together for a deep dive into international affairs and the need for African-American political involvement.

• Planned and implemented the national strategic agenda for over 3,000 student activists across the country at 150+ college campuses to build relationships and lobby their members of Congress to support that benefitted the U.S.-Israel relationship.• Acted as a liaison and spokesperson for all HBCU campuses involved with AIPAC (approximately 20 at the time)• Organized voter registration drives and GOTV initiatives on 15 HBCU campuses during the 2016 Presidential Election cycle.
