Currently a Rutgers University - Newark alumni, Terrell graduated Cum Laude with his Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management. Terrell is a part of his school 5 Year BA/MPA program at Rutgers University - Newark, taking graduate level courses during his senior year as an undergraduate allowing him to gradate in May 2023 with his Masters in Public Administration.Terrell started working at NJ TRANSIT during his sophomore year in college as a Strategic Staffing Intern in their Human Resources Talent Acquisition department. Throughout his internship, Terrell showed his management skills and creative thinking on a variety of projects to help improve the recruitment efforts of NJ TRANSIT. During his senior year in college Terrell received a full time offer at NJ TRANSIT as a Candidate Experience Assistant.With a committed mindset to learn more about Human Resource Management Terrell hopes to enhance his skills through innovative real-world experiences. Terrell has a strong passion to increase the diversity in the Human Resources field while other adding his own experiences along the way. After graduation with his Masters in Public Administration, Terrell wants to get a full-time leadership role within the field of Human Resources as a Human Resources Director, Chief of Human Resources, or Senior HR Business Partner.
