About Terrence A. Perry
As a life coach, author , community engagement specialist and Lifeclass facilitator , I discuss the root cause of "emotional injury" as it originates from traumatic experiences and manifest in our adult lives as trauma bonds, addictions, abuse, abandonment and codependency issues. The workshops are designed to awaken individuals/groups to what they have covered up. The broken bonds, addictions and abandonment lesson plans are designed to define, discuss and de-mystify root causes by examining emotional scars, emotional experiences and emotional recovery. We demonstrate heartfelt roleplay scenes which allows participants to make adjustments to their childhood memories, beliefs and attachments by challenging old thought patterns and old ways of reacting to dysfunctional behavior triggers. Letting go of what no longer serves them and cutting ties with those outdated fixed mindsets, shifting to the growth mindset is necessary. As the breakthrough session facilitator, I'm the catalyst for participants making the mindset shift needed to leverage their self-care needs and their work- life balance. Renewed self-confidence, self worth, self-esteem and overall self mastery is built through "safespace peer supported camraderie" during these transformational breakthrough sessions. Participants gain the clarity, insight and boldness needed to understand and recognize their call to serve. Participants begin to see their cause, mission and purpose. Participants become disruptors of the status quo, then began to fulfill their destiny by getting clear about new ways of viewing the world and new ways of showing up in the world by helping, supporting and serving others from a position of power, passion and purpose. Make everything that happened to you workout to your good. Participants achieve a deeper level of emotional mastery over their life experiences. As a result of attending these workshops, participants began to listen to their internal dialogue, emotional intelligence, capacity to love, laugh, live and learn beyond previous beliefs.
