As a Fleet Coordinator my primary job was to maintain and inspect the fleet for preparation. Coordinating reservations with dispatch was also an integral role in my position. Redirecting issues to the proper department and troubleshooting issues with the online app was my focus as well. In addition to troubleshooting, the Fleet Coordinator was in charge of inspecting each vehicle before it could be checked into the system.

My role as an Online Sales Manager consisted of a number of tasks such as managing sales via online and through the telephone. We had to assist with any inquiries or issues and resolve it in a timely manner. I often updated customers with pertinent information such as tracking updates and I assisted domestic orders along with international orders as well. Processing product invoices and importing the products onto the retail server was a daily duty and it helped keep the items organized. As the sales manager it was my responsibility to manage the website and upset and products that customers may inquire about. The role also consisted of other duties such as managing the company’s blog with new content. In order to increase our SEO rating, it was important to create new content to raise awareness and rank within Google’s search engine. In addition to that, I was responsible for tracking and reversing fraudulent orders.
