Mr. Duffey has been an Environmental Specialist for 20+ years. His responsibilities have included the following: conduct safety inspections and hazard evaluations for numerous clients, design and implement safety programs both in house, and for clients, collect samples, conduct mobile and fixed air monitoring , supervise and conduct emergency spill response, and conducted over-site Report of Cleanup, Demolition and/or Remediation by Sub-Contractors. Mr. Duffey has conducted inspections of PCB Transformers and Hazardous Waste Storage Tanks and has submitted periodic reports on such to clients and the appropriate Government Agencies. Mr. Duffey has also conducted Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments according to ASTM standards, supervised lab pack technicians, field chemists and has arranged for the transportation and disposal of hazardous wastes including highly reactive chemicals and low-level radioactive wastes. Mr. Duffey also has extensive experience in assisting clients with submission and reviews of their permits including air permits, NPDES permits, SARA 313 Reports and Title V Reports.
