I have a deep background in learning, design, development and delivery. At McKinsey, I create learning solutions for our 10,000 client service professionals around the globe. My specific focus is on mid-tenure professionals - including engagement managers and associate principals. I have a passion for teaching and classroom facilitation. I have designed and developed dozens of live classroom simulation and have worked extensively in digital learning solutions. Prior to McKinsey, I was a senior manager with Deloitte serving the company's 9,000 Tax professionals in the U.S. I have a master's degree in education from Harvard University with a special focus on technology and learning. Prior to corporate learning, my experience included designing and developing software programs for elementary and middle schools. I have owned and operated my own learning consulting practice. I also have a strong background in writing, communications and change management.
