Provide Information Assurance support for The Battle Lab Collaborative Simulations Environment (BLCSE), U.S. Army Requirements Integration Center (ARCIC), Ft. Monroe. Responsible for OS hardening of Linux and Windows - based systems, and the planning and implementation of security protocols.* Created Windows-based images with zero vulnerability according to scans using both the Retina and STAT vulnerability scanning utilities, and the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Gold Disk.

Provide Tier II, Tier III, and network maintenance support for the U.S. Army Requirements Integration Center (ARCIC), Ft. Monroe. Responsible for hardware setup, deployment and repair in a 600+ user environment. Also responsible for configuration of desktop VTCs, wireless Air Card-enabled tablet PCs, NAS and SAN devices, laptops, and servers. Assist in the implementation of Active Directory group policy using MMC and Scriptlogic. Perform data recovery and encryption, printer repair\maintenance.* Recovered data for high level customers from hard drives that were both encrypted and damaged, using unorthodox techniques and diligence. * Implemented Ghost server/client setup to reduce PC Staging time from 6 hours to 30 minutes.

Provide onsite IT support for both the Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff for Simulations & Analysis, Ft. Monroe, and the Training and Doctrine Command Analysis Center, Ft. Leavenworth. Responsible for hardware maintenance / troubleshooting, as well as management of the websites for both organizations. * Revised network asset management strategy for TRAC Leavenworth, and assisted with Active Directory migration \ server consolidation planning.

Maintain 25 user workgroup, providing hardware and software support. Responsible for troubleshooting, software updates, and ensuring network connectivity to local workgroup, and post domain. Also responsible for building / maintaining the organization website, Video Teleconferencing equipment, as well as various portable devices (notebooks, Pocket PCs, and PDAs).
