• Supervise heavy equipment operators and mechanics with daily operations and readiness• Check fuel supplies at sites to ensure adequate availability to maximize production• Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, take orders, and address complaints pertaining to project management• Perform administrative tasks to manage equipment assets; generated equipment reports using manual filing system • Complete work/training schedules, managed calendars, and arranged appointments• Range Safety Officer for various range operations• Ensure accountability for junior enlisted personnel

Responsible for field safety compliance, safety training/practices, OSHA compliance and conducting safety audits/job site inspections. -Ensures compliance of DOT and OSHA regulation-Prepares each account for unannounced regulatory visits (OSHA, FDA, Code, etc) based on Corporate discretion and annual Corporate Safety Audits-Develops and communicates monthly safety topics/safety meetings-Manages employee safety documentation-Conducts and communicates post accident and injury report-Documents and communicates property damage reports

• Travel to offices in region to reconcile with dispatchers and management on logistical needs • Project planning, operations management, prepare proposals for projects $25K or greater• Cost-tracking management for out of scope projects• Managed regional calendar to reflect job status, upcoming projects and required training• Report to Regional Vice President and provide on-going updates on logistical awareness of equipment/manpower needs• Manage Class A drivers DOT files/record keeping are in compliance with the company’s standards and federal regulations • Company Consultant with sub-contractors on issues• Manage the company’s training matrix for the Industrial Division• Track and oversee all DMV pull notices for all employees within the Huntington Beach Office.• Manage Purchase Order requests for equipment, manpower, travel, etc. needs• Ensure employees are in compliance with refinery training and drug/alcohol policies that are in accordance with OSHA regulations• Provide on-boarding training for new hires
