Terrence has worked in the Environmental field for over 25 years. He began working in law enforcement with the Organized Crime Task Force while attending Pace Law School in White Plains New York. Following his graduation from Pace Law School he began working for ten years in the law enforcement field with NYC DEP-OIG, NYC SCA-OIG investigating and prosecuting environmental crimes and fraud in construction. Prior to leaving the public sector, Mr. McDonald worked for two years as the Director of Industrial and Environmental Hygiene at the NYC SCA where he managed a staff of twenty people and a budget of over $25 million dollars addressing environmental concerns in the NYC schools. Mr. McDonald then joined the Private Sector working for investigative consulting firms Corporate Resolutions and The Bradlau Group conducting corporate and environmental investigations as well as a considerable amount of Integrity Risk Monitoring for several government agencies, NYC DOI, NYC SCA, NY and NJ PA. For the last several years, Mr. McDonald has been working in his current position as Managing Director at Environmental Connection, Inc. providing consulting services to the public and Private Sector.
