Responsible for maintaining growth and profitability of my marketing territory, through the development and implementation of agency specific and territory strategic plans.Lead contributor in growth and profitability throughout my tenure under a variety of sales and marketing titles in the territory. Recognized both locally and regionally in 2002-2006, and 2008. In 2008 my territory was acknowledged as the only Midwest region SCSM to exceed plan.

Responsible for the development and implementation of CL distribution strategy for the management of territory compromised of 172 agencies. Direct contact and control of 82 agencies, with responsibility to assist the CL RVP in the remainder of the relationships.1st Quarter increase of $660,000 in new business, with an improvement in retention of 8.6%. Written premium for distribution group exceeded territory results by 2.1%., exceeding plan.

 Responsible for developing a focused plan of improvement around the single worst performing CL territory in Michigan. Direct management and mentoring responsibility for a staff of 3 underwriters, 3 underwriting technicians, and one underwriter trainee. Indirect responsibility for 2 additional Howell based underwriters and their support staff 3rd quarter 2009 highlights included a 52.3% growth in new business and a 17% improvement in total written premium results
