Responsible for providing a point of contact for end-users to receive support and maintenance within the organization’s desktop computing environment. This included installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all PC software, hardware and equipment to optimize performance. Ghosted machines based on company standards. Assisted in troubleshooting the problem areas (in person, by telephone, or via e-mail) in a timely and accurate fashion, and provided end-user assistance where needed.Excellent follow up skills to see task through to resolution and communicate problem status to end users such as notification of completion, notification of delay and explaining rationale.
