Advises Management on the overall productivity and requirements of the fuel mission as it pertains to the LOGCAP III and IV SOW, PWS, QCP, SOP, and DOP. Directs the efforts of staff engaged in a variety of logistical support activities in the areas of Supply Class III , Fuel Accountability, Property, Transportation, and Disposal Operations. Ensures methods are used to improve the following major characteristics safety, strength, reliability, and maintainability. Operational control over the largest Petroleum Facility in Southwest Asia. Monitored and accounted for over 100 million gallons with no pilferage. Lead all logistical services, maintained equipment, and a facility with a worth of 80 millions dollars, and succeeded with no Loss Damage or Stolen Items. Monitors employees compliance with all company, departmental, Project policies, Quality Plan, directives, and procedures. Earned excellent evaluations on all Quality, and DCMA inspections with an unblemished track record for completing projects on time and within budgetSpearheads end-to-end logistics coordination and inventory control for fuel, equipment, vehicles, transportation, parts and all related support material through interaction with all related departments. Defines training requirements, develops employee skills, and promotes continuous improvement in addition, develops and implements performance standards and internal controls. Conducts regular safety briefings and ensures HSE and Quality standards are maintainedLiaison between Fuels Operation and Company compliance inspector (QAQC) as well as Military compliance inspector (DCMA), providing requested information during formal inspections, and explaining any questions QAQC or DCMA may have about facilities compliance or operations within the SOP and SOW standards. Earned excellent evaluations on all Quality, and DCMA inspections with an unblemished track record for completing projects on time and within budget.
