Develops, implements and markets the programs and facility activities through school relationships, community awareness, and branch information. Provides community outreach to residents of Middletown and surrounding areas developing a new sense of confidence between the business community, residents, non-profit partners and the Middletown YMCA. Leads the public relations and communication for the annual support campaign successfully raising $95,000 against a goal of $75,000. Provides oral presentations to staff, members, key YMCA volunteers, and community leaders. Manages an annual operating budget of $1MM. Responsible for supervision of 44 staff members. Continuously improves and enhances the physical appearance of the YMCA. Provides a very strong character development environment by teaching and demonstrating the character development traits caring, honesty, respect, responsibility.

Responsible for the overall management of the Skyline Community Center, an urban operation within Colerain Township, managed by the YMCA. Develops and implements new programs for youth and adults. Provides marketing of the programs and Center activities through school relationships, community awareness, and branch information. Provides community outreach to residents of Skyline Acres developing a new sense of confidence between the residents, the community center, and Clippard YMCA. Responsible for public relations/communication and fund raising. Provides oral presentations to staff, members, key YMCA volunteers, and community leaders. Responsible for operating budget of $154,000 as well as serve as a liaison for operating budget of $3.0 million at the Clippard Branch YMCA. Responsible for supervision of Skyline Community Center staff as well as provide leadership for the Clippard YMCA staff. Continuously improves and enhances the physical appearance of the Community Center.
