As an international sales/ business consultancy the goal at MJB is to work with companies all over the world and help them to grow and increase their turnover.Our sweet spot is working with companies that are 1-10 years old, with 1-20 employees, normally owner managed and with the capacity to take on more clients.We focus on 4 core areas in our consultancy to enable these businesses to grow. We firstly help them to develop and implement an effective sales strategy- so that they can generate more leads. We then create a bespoke sales process for them – for them to increase sales their conversions. The third piece of the jigsaw is to ensure that the company has a strong pitch and message- this will help them to sell at a higher order value. Finally we then ensure that we guide them over a period of time and manage their attitude to the process – so that not only they engage with the systems we teach but also get the results they are looking for.MJB was originally founded in 2012. The first year was spent on doing solid market research and identifying the gap in the market. We’re now in a position whereby we have expanded our territory to Africa, Europe, and India. We are now in a position whereby we want to start focusing on specific markets in the UK which can then help us to expand into a bigger international market. Having done plenty of research we have identified the Chinese SME market in the UK as the best specific market for us to focus on.
