I have dedicated my time and efforts to strengthening the excellent of Dry Express Restoration with my experience in management and consultation of: contents packouts, crawlspace flooding mitigation, structural drying, environmental remediation (microbial) and structural repairs as it relates to fire, mold, and water damage losses for commerical, residential, hospitals, and government locations. Constructing, drafting, and finalizing packout, mitigation/ remediation, and reconstruction repairs scopes of work; while utilizing the platform of Xactimate. Assisting customers/ clients to obtain approved structural drying and reconstruction scopes of work for the purpose of insurance approvals. Building client relationships and development of systems in efforts to efficiently run jobs and projects. A vital role as the VP of Dry Express Restoration is to ensure the well-being and safety of all customers, staff, and future residents.
