Creative At Home Inc. is a distributor of new and innovative wide-plank wood-flooring. My time with CRAH has been invaluable in teaching me management skills, production skills, and creative thinking. These are some of the best people I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Even through the recession, Creative At Home has been a growing company capable of adapting to an ever changing market.My own major contributions to this company include:1. Implementing a bulk storage section to the warehouse(which increased storage capacity by 40%).2. Systemizing the order picking process to keep better track of paperwork in their various states of being while being used by the warehouse staff.3. Assessing the role of in-house sample production and redefining that department of the company.
