• Tore down and rebuilt a Honda CBR600 F4i engine for use in the vehicle
• Timed the engine to ensure proper valve operation
• Replaced crankshaft journal bearings to ensure proper oil flow through the engine
• Installed new piston rings to ensure the most effective combustion
• Performed close inspection of the transmission after disassembly to ensure proper mesh of the gears and the shifting mechanisms
• Designed and assisted in the manufacturing a custom air intake restricted to a20mm inlet while ensuring enough air was available for the most efficient combustion
