Terrence M. Dunn is a founding member of Einbinder & Dunn LLP, a general practice firm with a national reputation in franchise law. He has been practicing law since 1984, principally in franchise, real estate and business law. He has been a partner in the Firm and its predecessor for 22 years. He is a Member of the New York State, New Jersey State and American (Member, Business Law Section) Bar Associations; as well as the Association of the Bar of the City of New York (Member, Legal Referral Service). He is an active member of the ABA Forum on Franchising. He is the head of the firm's transactional franchise, real estate and business law practice.Mr. Dunn is a graduate of Brown University and the University of Denver College of Law. He is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts and in United States Federal Court.Mr. Dunn has been interviewed by and written articles for major publications such as Entrepreneur, New Jersey Lawyer Magazine, Franchise Times and the Franchise Law Journal.
