Implementation Project Coordinator / Project Manager
CurrentResponsible for facilitating administrative tasks during the course of an implementation. Project assignments include client implementations, program optimization, internal technology as well as process enhancement initiatives. The Coordinator will partner with/and or assist the ETT project manager on large complex initiatives. Core responsibilities include but not limited to creating & updating project schedules, setting up project meetings, maintaining action logs, tracking risks & issues, execution of system and/or UAT testing as well as following up with project resources to ensure deliverables are completed on time. The project coordinator will also perform the role of a project manager on smaller, less complex initiatives.
