I am a full stack web developer with a passion for Frontend development. I began my career at VINN, a tech startup, where I was the first full-time employee to be hired. During my time there, I went from being a junior developer fresh out of school to an Intermediate developer with a wide range of skills in various languages and frameworks.One of my biggest passions is working on the visual side of web development. Seeing what I code come to life is truly an amazing feeling. That's why I found my niche in Frontend development. Working with the React framework has been an incredible experience for me. It allows me to create visually stunning web pages while still being able to use logic to make them function properly.Although VINN unfortunately shut down due to market conditions, the skills and experiences I gained there have been invaluable to me. I am excited to continue growing and developing as a developer in my next opportunity.I am a very creative individual. Originally from Melbourne, Australia. Now living on Vancouver Island, Canada. I have experience working onboard cruise ships in various roles, in hospitality, administration and IT support. I graduated the Lighthouse Labs web development bootcamp in order to achieve my goal of working in the tech industry as a programmer.
