About Terrence Mulligan Do,Mph

For the past 25 years, I have been building and developing emergency care systems, trauma and ambulance systems all over the world. I am an emergency physician with a 25 years of higher education and experience in global emergency medicine development in over 60 countries around the globe. I am: --An Adjunct Professor in Emergency Medicine, and an academic, practicing emergency physician--Residency-trained and Board Certified in Emergency Medicine --Residency trained and Board Certified in Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine--A graduate of Harvard Business School General Management Program 2021--Masters degree in Public Health (Epidemiology & Biostatistics) in 2003--Masters degree in Health Economics, Policy and Law (pending), 2006-present--Fellowship-trained Sub-specialist in International Emergency Medicine--Fellowship-trained Sub-specialist in Health Policy--Fellowship-trained Sub-specialist in Emergency Medicine Administration & Management--Fellowship-trained Sub-specialist in Sports and Exercise Medicine in 2018--25+ years of experience in emergency medicine (EM) and international EM development in over 60 countries. I've assisted in establishing physician residencies in EM, schools for emergency nursing, training schools for paramedics, relief agencies for underserved areas, disaster medicine and disaster preparation, hospital disaster preparedness and hospital trauma system development in over twenty countries.
