• Project Management.
• Work with prospects / customers and solution design / solution architect / pre-sales team to ensure project scope of work meeting prospects' / customers' expectations and requirements in proposals.
• Work with sales team to address prospects' / customers' concerns in deliverables and scope of work of project management and project implementation.
• Tighten the project management processes in the PMO to ensure all projects are implemented smoothly and complete within deadlines and cost.
• Proper resource allocation and job assignment to ensure minimum project cost and cost within project budget, and yet meeting project objectives and deliverable.
• Manage projects to ensure customer satisfaction and meeting customer expectations during project roll out.

• Manage multiple projects – full projects lifecycle
• Set and manage stakeholder expectation
• Manage team efficiency and resolve team conflicts
• Liaise with key account executive and architectural team throughout project lifecycle
• Constantly taking into account the project budget, timeline, quality, and scope
• Coordinate and follow closely on the project progress with relevant party and resources in order to accomplish project objectives

• Determine project scope, deliverables and prepare project plan for new project received. Organize internal and external kick off meeting.
• Discuss / Negotiate with suppliers or contractors to obtain best price and ensure supplier / contractors deliver services as per requirement.
• Anticipate, assess and document all risks prior or during project implementation and highlight to management.
• Plan and work with OM on internal resources and respective parties for external resources and materials.
• Prepare contract/project legal documentations and seek legal approval prior to submission to customer.
• Coordinate and mobilize project resources to execute project task as per timeline.

• Provide technical support on server platform, desktop platform, application solution & etc to customers
• Install, deploy and maintain desktops and servers (hardware & software)
• Diagnose and resolve problems quickly to meet customer satisfaction and SLA
• Work with Project Manager to come out project schedules to implement the scopes of work as defined in the project.
• To ensure implementation instruction is develop and all staffs are briefed prior to the deployment.
• Brief and guide staff in their duties to ensure compliance with procedures and policies.

• Provide Networking / Voice support on various platforms (Cisco / Siemens (HiCom300E & HiPath 4000))
• Assist application, security and operation teams on network / voice related tasks.
• Design solutions for customer/project change request.
• Daily network health check for smooth operation of network / voice
• Perform routine network preventive maintenance adhering to operational security and operational guidelines.
• Respond to faults call - isolate, rectify or bypass problem within committed service levels.

• In-House application, network and server support
• Provide on-site technical support for 2500+ Windows clients (Windows 2000 / Windows Vista)
• Data migration, backup and restoration
• Troubleshoot Client peripherals (Desktop & Laptop - HP/Lenovo) and Printers (Laser- HP, Ink- HP and Dot matrix - Panasonic)
• Provide support on Print services (Windows Server 2003)
• Provide support on Thin Client

• Maintain PC(s) condition in the Library attached LAB
• Basic PC troubleshooting
• Assist in daily IT operation Maintenance of IT Systems & infrastructure
• Maintain very small IT infrastructure (Windows server 2000 / Windows XP/ D-Link)
