• Created Trivory, a mobile-first school communication platform with a newsfeed, calendar, schedules, staff directory, push notifications, and more.• 20,000 users across 10 high schools and 5 middle schools in Portland, Oregon.• Built an iOS & Android mobile app, website, and sophisticated online dashboard using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, among other technologies.• Built backend APIs and services with Node.js and Google Cloud, architected complex database structures to support advanced calendar features and user permissions system.• Continuously shipping new features such as automatic multi-language translation, iOS and Android widgets, Apple Watch app, smart display software for in-school TVs and monitors, AI-generated video subtitles, district-wide communication features, etc.• Iterating through seeking user feedback and conducting user research.• Collaborated with the Portland Public Schools Student Success and Health Department to make essential youth resources available through the app for thousands of 6-12th graders.
