Terre continues to have honesty and integrity in a challenging market by helping clients buy and/or sell as their circumstances and lifestyles change. She has been known to advise by talking clients "out" of selling or buying if it doesn't suit their needs. She takes on many other tasks including staging suggestions and clean-up, gardening and updating. "Waiting for the right time to sell" is also a key to her success by analyzing the market. The clients she tends to attract are usually of a higher-education including Doctors & lawyers, business moguls and company heads. She writes a contract that avoids problems in the future of an escrow because she thinks far ahead. It is in this way she gets through the multiple offer process winning the bid for HER client and will also sit on a listing for as long as it takes to get the "right" buyer to pay the "right" price (not necessarily the first buyer). Her clients become part of her "friend" inner circle and she is usually invited to their weddings and Bar Mitzvahs (which says a lot about their trust in her). She always tells her trainees, "People will not hire you because they think you are an "ace" realtor and negotiator, but because they trust you with the key to their home and private life..... PERIOD".
