Working with a board of directors, I took their vision for a non-profit dental centre and made it a reality within six months of my start. My responsibilities included the complete management of the Centre's finances, marketing, fundraising, human resources, communications, and operations. I worked with numerous stakeholder groups to garner buy-in and success of this charitable operation. I procured $165,000 in funding in the first year to ensure the Centre was financially viable. The Centre is successfully operating and I am looking for a new challenge.

Contract work in project management, communications, marketing and education. Worked with owner, engineers, architects,and municipal government to help rezone a property from single family to multifamily. Successful rezoning increased property value by 1.85 million. Developed and executed a comprehensive communications plan to swing a municipal referendum vote in favor of a lobby group. Recorded one of the highest voter turn outs ever and won the vote by 67%. Developed new web site content, and marketing campaigns for local businesses to improve brand awareness and profits. Project and Communications Manager for a new community event that required 300 volunteers. Ongoing contract work with Heritage Christian Online School for the past four years teaching and touching lives.

Management of the Member of Parliaments constituency office and files. Extensive communications and public relations work. Preparation and presentation of briefs to the MP and Federal Ministers and staff in Ottawa. Provided Community advocacy.

Development, management and execution of the Downtown Vernon Associations strategic and financial plan. This position required an extensive marketing and events campaign, business recruitment and retention, and development of community partnerships. Won Greater Vernon Chamber of Commerce business marketing award and the Business Improvement of BC Award for Best Event Marketing.

Development and implementation of the regions marketing, promotions, sales and communications program. Trained and coached over 150 staff in eight regional offices. Helped increase cross-selling efforts by 30% and net revenue increases of 37%.
