Once credits have been issued by the carrier responsible will work directly with the AP to have cost allocations distributed correctly

• Coordinated and assigned service orders and installations with multiple departments to ensure deadlines were met.• Responsible to review written contracts to ensure all FCC regulations, CPUC tariffs and applicable company codes of business were accurate, complete and correct.• Developed and implemented a tracking of orders in the process leading to completion. This system is still in use today has since been expanded to all Business Center in California.• Created and taught Company Directors, Sales Manager, Account Executives and Account Managers an efficient and more productive way to submit and process their orders and customer requests. This system showed a decrease in order errors of over 20% while taking turnaround time on orders from 72 hours to 24 hours.• Initiated conference calls between Account Executives and customers to ensure services and installations are in alignment with expectations.• Assisted with billing inquires submitted by clients. Results could be given in either a written format or telephoning the client with results of the investigation.• Responsible to administer collection action on a dedicated account base in arrears exceeding $100,000.00 while maintain client telephone service. Received company wide recognition for collecting in excess of $500,000.00 in one year.• Appeared as Keeper of the Records for court cases generated by AT&T.• Worked as part of a team, in alignment with Account Executives, Market Administrators and Sales Support Managers as to the market plan.• Interfaced with customer/project management team to negotiate critical due dates and assist in decisions regarding system feature configuration.• Knowledgeable in residential and business classes of service, including Centrex, DID, PRI, Circuits, Frame-Relay and DSL.
