Provide HR support to the Corporate Headquarter's executive management team. Delivered exceptional leadership on HR issues and programs pertaining to compensation, performance management, workforce planning, workforce reduction, employee relations and recruiting. Charged with managing the most sensitive and critical employee relations issues for the Corporate Headquarters.Utilized superior relationship management to cultivate relationships with senior management. Provided direct support to executives and other senior managers, including executive coaching and counsel on talent management strategies. Developed strategic business processes to support company objectives; utilized key metrics to measure HR and business performance. Certified that all policies, programs, and guidelines were in line with business goals.

Managed the strategic staffing efforts for several divisions of company's $6B North American Public Sector (NPS), including cleared and non-cleared environments. Delivered advanced training and exercises in best practices to recruiting staff and hiring managers. Coordinated the annual performance review process for 300+ NPS employees. Worked in participation with senior management to develop recruiting objectives and long-term business plans.

Hired to spearhead the full technical recruiting lifecycle. Held accountable for filling a high-volume and diverse range of technical positions including Systems Engineers, Web Developers, Network Engineers, Security Engineers, Network Architects, and Telecom Engineers in cleared environments (Secret, TS, TS/SBI, TS/SCI).
