- Software support and training for modules including Oil and Gas Accounting, A/P, JIB, A/R, Revenue, Production Accounting, AFE Management, Payout tracking, Owner Interest management, Gas Balancing, Master Data Management and more.- Onsite implementation support for new clients during early transition stages through post Go-live activities.

Supervise all Oil and Gas Accounting functions including personnel hiring and training.Managed NT network for office of 20 workstations including backups, troubleshooting and ongoing maintenance.

Office Manager - Managed all office functions, equipment and personnel including maintaining NT network.Bookkeeper - Process and reconcile GL for 9 companies as well as supervise all Accounting Processing functions.

A/P - Coding, batch entry and processing of all invoices for all well, prospect and G&A expenses.JIB - Processing of all joint interest expenses for wells during all phases of a lifecycle.A/R - Process all accounts receivable receipts including AFE Pre-bill payments.Revenue Processing - Receive, code, enter and process all revenue allocations in order to generate and distribute RI, ORRI and WI revenue payments to owners.Interest Ownership - Tracking of all ownership decks for operated wells including drilling, completion and separate product codes as needed on a well by well basis. Also managed transfers of ownership with associated division orders and transfer order generation and processing.

Prepare, account and distribute production reports for all operated wells including state and federal reports.Prepare maps and log cross sections for generation of prospects for future wells.
