I have been serving in the profession of Human Resources for some 20 plus years. I can honestly say I love the profession that I am involved with. How many people can say that? I love encouraging and helping someone achieve their goals. It’s invigorating when you have an employee say Thank You for pushing me to the next step. My focus is in the areas of employee benefits, recruitment, coaching, hiring, on-boarding, maintaining employee records, performance & employee relations, team building and building and enforcing policies & procedures. I serve as a member of the Executive Staff team.Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and spoiling my grandchildren as often as possible. I am an avid lawn mower as I can’t stand to have grass growing beneath my feet!
