Manage the development of the Revenue Cycle Management product, Optimum RCM, an integrated suite of products. Responsible for growth of the entire software product line including, but not limited to: Enterprise Scheduling, Patient Access, Pre-Billing, Claims Processing, Post-Billing Follow-up, Document Management and Collections. Responsible for moving the product forward and integrating the product with multiple in-house Clinical products, further benefiting our clients. Evaluate, interpret and integrate Billing requirements into the RCM product. Evaluate enhancement requests by analyzing the client’s healthcare business processes and recommending solutions using existing product functionality or directing modifications for the overall benefit of the product. Design new integrated RCM software products by surveying client site personnel as well as Keane Implementation staff to define requirements and determine optimal business solutions. Write functional specifications for Keane’s engineering and development staff. Conduct product and system demonstrations at the company client conference and other industry wide conferences. Provide product support and expertise to multiple Keane departments, including Professional Services, Quality Assurance, Software Development, Application Support, 24x7 Support, Documentation and Sales/Marketing.

Responsible for a staff of analysts that recorded, researched and resolved product application support calls as well as quality tested the RCM applications prior to a software release. Responsible for managing product releases and resources. Developed test plans, maintained and managed testing cycle issue logs, worked with development resources to resolve issues in the testing cycle. Created operational policies and procedures for use within the quality control/software release life cycle. Provided technical and product support to multiple Keane departments in addition to the client. Responsible for insuring that staff was trained on the product software and operating system software. Responsible for staff performance reviews, staff meetings and status reports to management.
