I worked the front office position as receptionist, customer service representative, accounts receivable, and data entry of all incoming orders. I would greet all walk-in customers and worked closely with all incoming trucks and drivers ensuring they received the correct product and the correct amount. I kept all office supplies ordered and stocked. I would trouble shoot issues with customer accounts and send out monthly statements. I would also go to different grocery stores on the weekends to cook and serve samples of our products.
