I have worked within the Human Services sector for over 25 years with the last 15 being in leadership roles. My experience spans across disability, recruitment and training, child protection, aged care and human resources. I am experienced at developing, analysing and achieving budgets as well as performance indicators associated with funding and quality service delivery outcomes. I am proficient in audits, continuous improvement, staff development and performance management. I simply love the human side of business and believe that good leaders engage and align their staff to the business purpose. If people feel valued then great customer service will always be achieved.
