For each course taught, I develop overall course structure, research emergency management and homeland security (HSEM) current information, evaluate student work, and select educational materials (textbooks, supporting handouts, and other supplements), develop a syllabus, and deliver classes in residence and on-line to upper-level HSEM and lower-level political science undergraduate students. • I provided academic advisement for approximately 75 HSEM major students and served as advisor for the HSEM student organization. • I worked with the International Education Center co-chairing the American Council on Education (ACE) sponsored campus internationalization project.
