Program Manager
CurrentProactively lead clients through the project lifecycle and effectively articulate implementation objectives. Serve as a central point of contact for external clients to plan and manage project tasks. Partner with clients to understand business requirements and expectations. Create and maintain a documented project schedule; keep complete records of every project, including deliverables, change control, action items, issues, and risk monitoring. Following established workflows and processes, utilize project management tools to manage both internal and external resources to facilitate project deliverables. Obtain necessary information for project deliverables and approvals. Direct project resources to complete tasks in a timely manner. Work closely with the client and team to problem solve issues that arise. Communicates verbal and written project status to both customers and internal teams. Raise project issues and risks and drive execution of mitigation plans. Attend project and client meetings, taking detailed notes and coordinating next steps. Coordination, planning, and supporting resources with onsite/milestone activities. Deliver solutions within defined timelines while following Q2 project standards. Oversees successful transition of clients from implementation to go-live. Accountable for closing out projects and transitioning clients to Support.
