My entire career has always been customer-centric, but the last 6 years I’ve had the opportunity to dive into the world of cybersecurity, project management, leadership, and building strong internal and external relationships. I serve as an escalation point for our team and have trained 3 new engineers in the last year. One thing that was important to me was to boost team morale, and in the last year I have implemented regular monthly and quarterly team events.
