As Joie de Vivre's Business Intelligence Architect, I served as subject matter expert, as well as providing technical configuration and execution for JDV's business intelligence toolkit. This toolkit consisted of a homegrown data warehouse from which a suite of excel-based reports and tools were delivered to various users, as well as Opera Business Intelligence, for which I spearheaded configuration and deployment. I developed revenue forecasting/budgeting and business planning tools, created documentation, trained users, and monitored outcomes. As BI Architect, I was key in helping ensure that JDV maintained a high quality of data integrity, and that data was presented and used in a manner influencing solid business decisions.

In my early years as Operations Analyst at Joie de Vivre, I built an assortment of Excel based business reports to assist hotel properties and the corporate office in making sound business decisions and controlling costs during a volatile time in the hospitality industry.
