Ensure that all new starters have the correct documentation (e.g. passport, essential details, application form) on file. - Support the internal administrative processes, helping the HR Advisors as required, with letter writing, database management and booking interviews.- Conduct recruitment assessment centres when necessary and administer Psychometric tests.- Carry out factory tours with potential candidates during assessment

Ensure accuracy at all times.- Undertake general administration tasks relating to management of customer accounts including: loose sample requests, sample board requests, company literature requests and external sales enquiries via the British Ceramic Tile website- Liaise with Area Sales Managers, Business support departments and our 3rd party delivery provider to ensure effective and timely product delivery and service levels.
