• Supervise 14 contractors and 3 on call contrators.• Manage office workflow in conjunction with office manager and production director in Canberra• Workplace Diversity Officer• Answer all queries with printed passports ie print errors, quality assurance and general questions.• Sub custodian of blank documents for two Production Centers, SAM cards and laminates.• Spoil any incorrect passports in accordance with DFAT policy and procedures. • Provide any training for contractors• Act as mentor for staff• Higher duties performed when manager on leave• Retrieval of posted passports for collection as requested via email• Member of committee panel for new contractors job performance and renewing of contracts• Maintaining staff performance records and stats• Provide feedback to manager on contractors performance• Make management decision regarding office procedures• Selection panel for contractor vacancies.
