Developing Positive Behavior Support Plans, training staff on implementation of PBSP, and analyzing data.

Coordinate care of clients by communicating with families, social workers, and other professionals. Developed treatment goals and coordinated treatment meetings.

Training direct care staff, completing staff evaluations, and providing supervision for staff and clients. Responsible fora unit with fourteen clients and around twenty staff members.

Taught clients job skills to prepare them for transitioning to a work environment in sheltered workshop setting. Supervised clients while on jobs including paper routes.

Provide direct care to individuals with with both social and behavioral challenges. Taught clients leisure and social skills in a residential setting.
